This document shows fees payable for the 2025/2026 school year, as of 1 January 2025. Fees are reviewed annually and subject to

change. All fees are quoted in Singapore dollars, including 9% Goods and Services Tax (GST), where applicable.

Other compulsory costs are outlined overleaf. Information on fees that apply to a small number of students, for example Home Language

(Mother Tongue) programmes or optional trips, are available from Admissions. Bus fees are set by the bus provider and are invoiced

directly by them—an indicative schedule can be found on our website.

Joining fees – per student (reviewed annually)

One-off, non-refundable charges per student; there is no deposit payable.

●Enrolment fee: for families making application for three or more children for August 2025 entry, the Enrolment fee (upon successful application) will be

discounted as follows: 25% reduction for the third child; 50% reduction for the fourth and subsequent children.

●Development levy: charged to all students and is dedicated to the ongoing maintenance, renewal, and replacement of campus facilities including

future capital infrastructure and improvement projects approved by the Board of Governors from time to time; the Development levy is invoiced in

advance of each term; there are three terms each year and fees are billed in three equal parts in accordance with the fee payment schedule.

Grade 8–Grade 12

Fee

Residential boarding fees – payable in addition to the school fees. This may be adjusted according to

GST requirements that will be advised by the Singapore Tax Authority.

●Boarders in Grades 8–10 are required to commit to a full year in the boarding house. Grade 11 entrants are required to commit to stay in the boarding

house until the completion of the two-year IB Diploma Programme.

Laptop

All students in Grades 6–12 must have an up-to-date Apple MacBook laptop to support their learning. Families can either use an Apple

laptop that they already own or purchase a new Apple laptop (estimated cost as of January 2024: $1,800 with AppleCare Plus, inclusive

of education discount). The minimum specifications required will be shared with families before the start of the school year.

Outdoor Education trips (2024/2025 fees for reference)

Students are expected to undertake expeditions during the school year. Students in Grade 1 and 2 participate in overnight experiences in

Singapore and those in Grade 3 onwards participate in an overseas expedition.

Exam fees are included in Term 3 alongside term fees (see next section for details on billing cycle). As a guide, families can expect to pay

between $1,200–1,800, depending on subject choices

Enrolment and term fees are invoiced to parents on acceptance of a place, and parents are then billed termly (see below for details on

GIRO

Parents with a Singapore bank account are encouraged to pay by GIRO (withdrawn automatically three times a year in line with the

termly school fees deadlines).

Cheque payment

Cheques for the Dover Campus should be payable to ‘UWCSEA’ and for the East Campus should be payable to ‘UWCSEA - EAST’.

Please note the name of the child on the back of all cheques, write ‘NEW’ for first-time payment of fees for a new student and include a

contact name and number.

Cash payment

We regret that we are not able to accept any cash payment.

Online payment through College Management System

For existing students, payment can be made via PayNow QR code or credit card through the College Management System. Credit card

payment is made via independent third-party provider Cardup. Cardup processing fees for all payments will be imposed—estimated at

around 2.6% for Singapore-issued credit cards and 3.3% for Internationally-issued credit cards.

* The withdrawal deadline is the date by which payment must be received to secure continued enrolment for current students into the invoiced term; or

online notice of withdrawal must be submitted to secure a refund of fees already paid. Students are considered withdrawn at the end of term if fees are not

received by the published withdrawal deadline on the College website and in the weekly eBrief newsletter sent to all parents. Please refer to the website
