information you need to complete the steps for your child(ren)’s application. Please take a moment to read

through the important information below, before getting started.

1. Understand the College’s commitment to protecting your Data and Privacy

It is important to remind all applicants that the protection of personal data is paramount to our

students who would like to join the College in either August 2025, or January 2026.

The exact date for when applications will open is always published on our website, so we recommend

that you check our Admissions page and mark the open date on your calendar.

Closing dates for each round of offers is also published and you can see the offer timeline here on our

website here.

6. Tips for filling out the application form

1. It is a requirement that all applications are completed in English.

2. The application form can be completed from start to finish in under one hour, however you may

not be ready to complete all the required sections in one session. So please remember to save

your entries as you go and before you log out of the system. This ensures that when you return

12. Understanding the Flow

13. Preliminary Questions

A. Notice for Singaporeans

Under Singapore law, children who hold Singapore citizenship are required to attend a local school

unless an exemption has been granted by the Ministry of Education. In light of these regulations,

the College only accepts applications from Singapore Citizens in limited circumstances. Full details

of our policies can be found here.

If your child is a Singapore Citizen (alone or in conjunction with another nationality) and is eligible

to apply to the College under our prevailing policies, please submit a request for pre-submission

approval. The form for this request will appear after you have completed the preliminary questions

page and clicked on Submit.

B. Assigning the designated grade for the applicant

Based on the Date of Birth of the applicant, the system will calculate the age of the child at 1 Sep in

the year of Admission to automatically determine the correct grade for placement. More

information on this can be found here. The link also explains the process for appeal if you wish to

request a different grade placement.

below); or select a file from your computer to upload.

Or on some computers you can drag and drop the image of the passport onto the widget that uploads
